Megan and Andrew | Real Weddings at Bachilton Barn
Welcome to a real wedding at Bachilton Barn. Every celebration here looks a little different, shaped by the couple, the season, and the people they’ve brought with them. That’s what we love most about this place: it can feel relaxed and rural, stylish and modern, big and busy, or intimate and slow, without ever losing that warm barn atmosphere.
Scroll on for their story, the choices they made, and the moments that mattered most on the day. You’ll also find a full supplier list at the end, perfect if you’re building your own dream team and want names you can trust. Whether you’re just starting your venue search or deep into planning mode, these real weddings are full of ideas you can borrow, from timelines and layout to food, florals, music, and all the little personal touches that make it feel like you.
How did you two meet?
At a pub through a mutual friend on Megan's birthday. The mutual friend was a bestman at our wedding.
What was it that made you choose Bachilton Barn?
We fell in love with Bachilton when it was pouring with rain on our visit, so we knew we would love it no matter the weather. We loved the website and the clear communication. We had seen a few places before and none of them gave us the vibes we were looking for. We had all the good vibes from the moment we got in touch with Bachilton.
What was important to you when planning your wedding?
Good communication
Tell us about your big day! What was your favourite part?
So many parts! Standing by the gazebo in the sun during the ceremony
What tips and tricks would you give to other couples planning their wedding?
Make sure to check out what props Bachilton have already. Use the planning book for ideas.
How are you enjoying married life?
