About Us

Bachilton Farm is a place where history, tradition, and nature come together to create a truly unique experience. set on just over 700 acres. With a rich heritage spanning over 150 years, this charming farm has been passed down through three generations of the England family. Originally renowned for its thriving potato farming, Bachilton Farm has evolved over time but remains a working arable farm at its core. Today, we grow a variety of grains such as rapeseed, wheat, and peas, continuing the farming legacy that has shaped our land.

Since branching into the wedding and events industry in 2001, weโ€™ve made it a priority to not only provide a stunning setting for memorable celebrations but also to support the environment. We actively work to retain and protect habitats and encourage wildlife wherever we can. The peaceful balance between farming, nature, and special events has become a hallmark of Bachilton Barn, and we are proud to share this beautiful space with all those who visit.

Our mission at Bachilton Barn is to create lifelong bonds in a relaxed and inviting environment. Whether youโ€™re celebrating a wedding, a milestone event, or simply enjoying time in the heart of the countryside, we aim to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere where memories are made and connections are cherished.

At Bachilton Barn, we donโ€™t just offer a venue; we offer a slice of history and a place where you can create lasting memories in a peaceful, picturesque setting. We invite you to experience the charm and warmth of our farm, and we look forward to being part of your special moments.

A step back in history

Bachilton Barn is a beautifully restored, original stone barn, with each room thoughtfully converted from its historical roots as cattle space and grain stores. Weโ€™ve worked hard to preserve the barnโ€™s rustic charm, keeping as many of the original features as possible to maintain its authentic character. At the same time, weโ€™ve blended in modern touches to ensure a comfortable and stylish setting for all of our guests. The result is a unique space that combines the best of both worlds โ€“ the timeless beauty of a traditional barn with the luxury and convenience of contemporary design. Every corner of our barn tells a story, making it the perfect backdrop for your special occasion.
