Bachilton Fire Pit

The Fire Pit Package is available from ÂŖ150 and includes 4 hours of use starting at 6pm, with 3 bags of logs.

Bachilton staff will also look after and maintain the fire pit throughout the wedding evening.

Extend your stay with us

Extend your stay with an additional night in our accommodation at a reduced rate from ÂŖ125 per property, subject to availability.

It’s the perfect way to enjoy extra time with your loved ones after the wedding or arrive earlier for some quiet relaxation before your big day.

Additional Venue Hire

Extend your celebration by adding an extra day use at the venue the day after your wedding from ÂŖ800 for up to 4 hours use or from ÂŖ1250 for up to 8 hours use, no later than 8pm.

Looking to get set up early the day before? Why not add on the venue from 12pm the day before your wedding to allow guaranteed access at 12pm the day before from ÂŖ800.

Campervans and Camping

We offer limited campervan and camping options at Bachilton for your wedding. Pitch fees start from ÂŖ25, and hook-up fees from ÂŖ50.

Campervans and campers will have access to the yurt’s toilet, cooking, and bathroom facilities.

All bookings must be pre-arranged and prepaid.

Bachilton Lawn Games

Our Lawn Game Package is available from ÂŖ100 and includes Giant Jenga, Knot & Crosses, Corn Hole & Croquet.

Bachilton staff will set these up on the morning of the wedding, and remove in the evening.

Why not double up with our Lawn Games & Fire Pit Package for a total of ÂŖ200 (saving ÂŖ50!)

Decorative Options

Upgrade to our natural green foliage to wrap around each beam to add a luxurious foliage effect from ÂŖ95. Install yourself, or have the team install for a total cost of ÂŖ150 for install and hire.

Create your own unique broken floral arch with our floral stands, available to add on from just ÂŖ50 per set. With two sets available, these bare stands are ready for you or your florist to style your way – a simple, flexible option to elevate your wedding.

Day before set up package - from ÂŖ450

¡   Full set-up of all Bachilton items you’ve chosen – from rustic crates and arches to our lounge areas and styling pieces

¡   Placing and dressing of all dinner tables with your own personal touches – place cards, centrepieces, favours and more

¡   Ceremony chair set-up to your layout, plus help styling your aisle and arch with your own dÊcor (inside ceremony only)

¡   Dressing of the barn beams with our natural hanging white foliage for a soft, effortless finish

Upgrade Options:

¡   If your caterer doesn’t include table set-up as part of their package, we’ll handle the full place settings: cutlery, glassware, napkins etc – they drop it off, we set it up! - Additional ÂŖ85

¡   Upgrade to our natural green foliage to wrap around each beam to add a luxurious foliage effect – Additional ÂŖ150 (includes hire & set up fee) 

¡ Additional hours for set up can be added on from ÂŖ120 per hour
