We offer flexible hire durations to ensure your wedding is right for you.

One Day Hire: Perfect for couples looking for a simple but stunning high-impact celebration.
Two Day Hire: Provides a more relaxed pace, including the day before for setup or the day after to unwind. This package includes two nights in our unique yurts.
Three Day Venue Hire: This is what we’re best at - our signature wedding experience, feeling more like a private festival or family holiday. It includes three nights of accommodation in the yurts and allows for a warm arrival the day before, the full wedding day, and a leisurely day to unwind afterward.

Blank Canvas: Bachilton gives you the creative freedom of a blank canvas venue, without the stress of starting from scratch. To guarantee flawless food and service, we partner with a handpicked selection of Scotland’s finest caterers. You choose the style, from relaxed street food to a formal three-course dinner, and work with a team who already knows our kitchen inside out.
Expert Support: Our award-winning wedding team, Kayleigh and Ellie, are here from the first chat to the final check to keep everything clear and calm.
Stress-Free Cleanup: We handle the full cleaning of the venue before and after your wedding, so you only need to worry about collecting your belongings.
The Bachilton Bar: No need to worry about glassware, licensing, or staffing. Our fully stocked, in-house bar is built right into the venue, offering flexible drinks packages tailored to your day.

Stay on the farm in our Mongolian yurts, both with six-person hot tubs. Yurts sleep 12 and are included in every wedding package (excluding day-of hire), with cottages available to add on, taking you up to 40 guests in total.

• The venue and outdoor space is exclusive to you and your wedding party on your wedding day. Your venue access and usage time will be dependant on the package you book.
• Use of the entire grounds, including wedding gazebo, for your ceremony or photographs.
• Ample onsite parking and large coach access.
• The venue will be fully cleaned prior and after your wedding so all you have to do is collect your belongings.
