When Jeff and Steph first stepped onto the farm at Bachilton Barn, they immediately fell in love with its spectacular setting, sweeping views, and fabulous blank-canvas potential. They wanted a celebration that felt romantic, crazy fun, and completely magical, and our picturesque venue provided the ultimate backdrop to bring their unique vision to life!
A Land Rover Entrance and Unforgettable Moments
The day was packed with heartfelt emotion, joy, and plenty of memorable surprises. One of the absolute standout moments happened right at the ceremony, when baby Joy surprised everyone by making her grand entrance down the aisle in her very own little Land Rover car to meet her daddy at the front! Led by celebrant Fiona McKenzie, the ceremony was as touching as it was unforgettable.
Guests were kept thoroughly entertained throughout the afternoon, with beautiful live strings from violinist Emma Durkan accompanying drinks and socialising around the farm grounds.
An Interactive Party Atmosphere
For Jeff and Steph, getting their guests involved in the fun was top priority, and the energy in the barn was electric all evening. The couple’s favourite moment of the day came when the secret wedding singers kicked off the entertainment, getting everyone out of their seats and up dancing together. Later in the night, band Carbon Copy took over the stage, keeping the dancefloor packed and party vibes high.
Every detail came together seamlessly thanks to a stellar team of suppliers. Amanda from Inspired Weddings UK provided incredible planning and coordination, while Richard and the De-licious team served up exceptional food that guests raved about.
Steph looked stunning with hair styled by Kirsty at Obsession and makeup by JK MakeUp Artist, surrounded by gorgeous floral arrangements from Blooming Lovely, a showstopping cake by White Rose Bakes, and every moment captured by photographer Kevin Fillary.
